FCI Levadia to Face Pärnu JK Vaprus Away on Sunday

FCI Levadia will continue their Premium Liiga campaign on Sunday, May 24, when they travel to face Pärnu JK Vaprus. The match at Pärnu Rannastaadion will kick off at 17:00.

Levadia currently sit at the top of the Premium Liiga table with 30 points, while Pärnu Vaprus occupy seventh place with 16 points.

Levadia have shown strong form in recent matches – most recently defeating Paide Linnameeskond 3:1 away from home, following an important victory over Harju JK Laagri. Pärnu Vaprus also head into the match with confidence after beating Harju JK Laagri away in their latest game and defeating Narva Trans 2:0 at Rannastaadion in the previous round.

FCI Levadia head coach Vjatšeslav Zahovaiko expects a demanding battle in Pärnu.

Vjatšeslav Zahovaiko: “We have an away match ahead in Pärnu. What kind of feeling are you taking into this game? We are currently in good form and definitely want to continue at the same pace. The mood within the team is good, but we fully understand that every new match requires maximum focus and strong effort.

Pärnu Vaprus are always a combative and aggressive opponent at home. What do you expect from this match? It is true that the home team plays with great energy on their own ground. We expect an intense and hard-fought game. To beat them, we need to deliver a very high-quality performance and stay disciplined throughout the entire match.”
