Welcome to FCI Levadia, Joseph Saliste!
FCI Levadia is pleased to announce that Estonian international Joseph Saliste (30) has joined the club from Paide Linnameeskond. FCI Levadia and Joseph Saliste have signed a three-year contract.
Left-back Joseph Saliste represented Paide Linnameeskond for the past six seasons and was one of the club’s most consistent and experienced players in the Premium Liiga during that period. Wearing Paide’s colours, Saliste established himself as a regular starter, standing out with his work rate, defensive reliability and game intelligence. Prior to Paide, Saliste spent one season with Narva Trans and developed as a footballer in FC Flora’s system. He left Flora in 2019 to join Narva Trans.
For Paide Linnameeskond, Saliste made a total of 218 appearances:
- 8 goals
- 25 assists
- 18,334 minutes played
His contribution helped Paide achieve several high league finishes, as well as win the Super Cup in 2022 and the Tipner Cup in 2023. With FC Flora, Joseph has also won the Estonian championship twice (2015 and 2017).
Thanks to his consistent performances at club level, Joseph Saliste also earned his place in the Estonian national team, for which he has so far made 10 appearances.
