Last Premium League match between FC Flora and FCI Levadia called off

The Estonian Football Association (EJL) decided to cancel the last Premium League 30th Round match between FC Flora and FCI Levadia, which was to scheduled on Saturday, December 12, due to the situation caused by the corona virus.

EJL consulted with both clubs and fan representatives before making a decision.

“Both clubs supported the decision not to play to avoid the risk of new infections and self-isolation. Of course, such decision could be made only because the match would have no impact on the final standings, ”explained Aivar Pohlak, President of EJL.

The FCI Levadia first team will gather for the last training of the year ending today and then go on vacation. Preparations for the new football season will begin on January 4th.
