Levadia’s European summer continues – next up: Luxembourg champions FC Differdange 03!
In July, we defeated Georgian champions FC Iberia 1999 in the UEFA Europa Conference League second qualifying round with an aggregate score of 3–2. Now we move on to the third qualifying round, where we’ll face the champions of Luxembourg – FC Differdange 03.
The first leg will take place away on August 7, and the return leg will be played at home on August 14 at A. Le Coq Arena. A fierce battle awaits on home turf – we need your support to reach the club’s first-ever play-off round!
Although FC Differdange 03 were crowned Luxembourg champions last season, they have played only one match in the new BGL league season so far – currently sitting with three points and a goal difference of +1.
In the previous season, Differdange played 30 league matches: 19 wins, 9 draws, and just 2 losses, finishing with 66 points and a goal difference of +47. For comparison, second-placed Swift Hesperange collected 61 points and had a goal difference of +31.
