At 7 PM, 452 spectators gathered at A. Le Coq Arena to witness the 30th round of the Premium League between FCI Levadia and JK Tallinna Kalev. By halftime, it was already clear that Levadia’s team was dominating the game, with the score standing at 3:0. JK Tallinna Kalev, who secured third place last year, couldn’t show the same level this time and had to settle for a 4:0 final score.
First Half
The first half was quite eventful. Right after the opening whistle, Levadia’s team went on the attack, and within the first minute, the ball was already in the opponents’ box, where Richie Musaba capitalized on a pass from Zakarluka to score. The score was 1:0!
In the 23rd minute, Levadia attacked the opponent’s goal again, and to JK Tallinna Kalev’s misfortune, Kaspar Laur scored an own goal – 2:0. By the middle of the first half, the home team had a two-goal lead. But the first half wasn’t over yet.
In the 34th minute, Aleksandre Lopes Gomes found Michael Schjønning-Larsen in the box, who struck the opponent’s goal. By the end of the first half, Levadia was leading 3:0.
Second Half
At the start of the second half, the opponent’s team made a double substitution, with Daniil Sheviakov and Sander Sinilaid leaving the field, and Taavi Jürisoo and Marek Kaljumäe coming on. More substitutions followed for the opposing team, but it can be said in advance that the expected result did not materialize.
In the second half, FCI Levadia also made some changes, with the first goal scorer Richie Musaba, Alekandr Zakarluka, Ioan Yakovlev, team captain Rasmus Peetson, and Joao Pedro leaving the field. They were replaced by Moustapha Bah, Mark Oliver Roosnupp, Maksimilian Skortsov, Ken Kallaste, and Henri Järvelaid.
In the 71st minute, Mark Oliver Roosnupp, who came on as a substitute, scored his sixth goal of the season in the 90th minute! The final score was 4:0, and Levadia, as the league leader, took another three powerful points.
