- OBJECT AND GENERAL TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT
- The purpose of this Agreement is to regulate the relationship between Levadia JK and the parent in the training process of the young player.
- By confirming this Agreement, the parent accepts the terms and conditions contained herein, and all disputes arising from the performance of the Agreement will be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be resolved in court according to the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
- By signing this Agreement, the Parent confirms that the Child has no medical contraindications for engaging in sports.
- JOINING, LEAVING THE SCHOOL, TERMINATING THE AGREEMENT
- After a maximum three-week trial period, every parent whose child wishes to join Levadia JK must register on www.sportlyzer.com by filling in all necessary and mandatory information fields.
- Transfer to another football club takes place according to EJL rules – the Regulation governing the status and transfers of players.
- Leaving for another club is not possible if the parent has unpaid membership fees.
- If the parent wishes to terminate the membership agreement, they must notify Levadia JK in advance, but no less than 1 month before the termination in writing via email at jk@fcilevadia.ee.
- The membership agreement ends when the young player no longer participates in training, and the parent has no debts to the School.
- Levadia JK has the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement extrajudicially if the child or the parent violates the rules of Levadia JK.
- TRAINING AND COMPETITIONS
- Training sessions take place 2-5 times a week depending on age.
- Training sessions are conducted by coaches with Football Association training (or attending training).
- Training and competitions are held year-round, including in summer and during holidays, unless the coach has set a different training schedule.
- All age groups (except beginners) have the opportunity to participate in competitions and tournaments according to their abilities.
- Absence from training and competitions is allowed only for valid reasons (illness, injury, school, family reasons, etc.) by notifying the coach in advance.
- Proper behavior is mandatory during training, which excludes swearing and disobeying the coach's orders.
- During training and matches, the young player is obliged to maintain the school's reputation and avoid conflicts with their teammates, opponents, or coaches.
- Young players participating in training are required to serve as ball boys at Master, First League, and U17 Elite League matches from the age of 8.
- Cleanliness and order must be maintained on fields, in locker rooms, or in halls during training and matches.
- REGISTERED PLAYER IN ESTONIAN YOUTH CHAMPIONSHIPS
- All young players registered in ENMV and who have EJL player cards are required to participate in championship matches during the season.
- If the player cannot participate in matches for any reason, the parent must inform the coach as soon as possible so that the coach can make the necessary changes.
- RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
- The parent has the right to receive information about the training organization and curriculum.
- The parent has the right to receive feedback from the coach on training and their child's development.
- Levadia JK has the right to make changes in the organization of training sessions, including changing the training times, by notifying the parent reasonably in advance.
- Levadia JK has the right to close a training group if it is significantly under-filled and to place the young player in another training group after discussing it with the parent.
- Levadia JK has the right to remove the child from training if the tuition fee debt exceeds 2 months, provided that Levadia JK's executive director has not been previously notified of difficulties in payment.
- Levadia JK has the right to suspend the young player's membership and terminate the membership agreement extraordinarily if the parent has not paid the monthly membership fee for at least two consecutive months.
- The parent trusts the coach in all decisions regarding training and competitions and does not question their competence.
- The child has the right to responsibly and purposefully use the halls, locker rooms, and other property of Levadia JK for training purposes. The member of Levadia JK is obliged to compensate for any damage caused to Levadia JK and/or third parties.
- The parent does not interfere in the coach's work during training or competitions and refrains from coaching or criticizing their own or other children.
- Levadia JK undertakes to provide a training place and necessary sports equipment for the young player.
- The parent is obliged to immediately inform the School of any changes in contact details.
- By joining the club, the parent agrees to purchase the club-approved competition and training uniform for their child at their own expense.
- The parent is responsible for the annual comprehensive health examination of the young athlete.
- Parents are required to familiarize themselves with the rules on the Levadia JK website at https://fcilevadia.ee.
- By signing this agreement, the parent agrees that Levadia JK has the right to use the child's photo and video on its social media, website, and promotional materials.
- MEMBERSHIP FEE
- The parent is obliged to pay the membership fee by the date specified on the invoice.
- The membership fee is an annual fee that must be paid monthly (including summer months) and also if the training is missed (except for longer-term illness or injury with a certificate).
- The membership fee is not dependent on the number of training sessions attended.
- The membership fee must be paid regardless of whether the child attends training or not, except for absence due to illness or injury (one month or more).
- Levadia JK has the right to grant justified discounts on monthly payments based on the parent's application. The application must be submitted to the Football School's executive director and state the reason for requesting the discount. The discount is always temporary and does not automatically extend to the new period.
- In case of late payment of the membership fee, Levadia JK reserves the right to charge a 0.1% late fee on the total amount for each delayed day.
- Levadia JK reserves the right to change the amount of the membership fee. Levadia JK is obliged to inform the parent of any potential change in the fee at least 2 months in advance.
- The annual membership fee is:
- Groups playing in youth championship tournaments (3v3/5v5/7v7) have an annual fee of 780 euros, paid monthly in the amount of 65 euros.
- Groups playing in youth championships in 7v7 or 9v9 formats have an annual fee of 900 euros, paid monthly in the amount of 75 euros.
- Groups playing in youth championships in 11v11 format have an annual fee of 1020 euros, paid monthly in the amount of 85 euros.
- The age of the group is determined at the beginning of the calendar year according to the age group of the Estonian Championships.
- If the child is not registered with the Sports and Youth Department, an additional 15 euros will be added to the monthly membership fee.
- If more than one child from the same family participates in Levadia JK training sessions and all children have a sports support confirmation for Levadia JK, then 100% of the membership fee must be paid only for the child with the highest membership fee (usually the oldest child), for the second child 25%, and from the third child (usually younger children) the membership fee is waived. Please send a notification if multiple children from the same family participate in training to jk@fcilevadia.ee.
- These membership fees do not apply to nursery groups and the Women's group of the Football School.

When making a payment, you MUST include the REFERENCE NUMBER.
