FCI Levadia U21 had to concede defeat away to FC Tallinn
FCI Levadia U21 suffered a 4–2 away defeat against FC Tallinn today. In a match that started evenly, the home side proved more clinical in front of goal and secured all three points.
The opening stages saw chances at both ends, but it was FC Tallinn who took the lead. Levadia’s reserve team responded at the start of the second half when Gregor Lehtmets won a penalty and converted it himself.
In the second half, FC Tallinn scored their second goal, capitalizing on defensive mistakes by Levadia’s young side. Unfortunately, FC Tallinn added two more goals, and although Moussa Felix Sambe pulled one back in the final minutes, the match ended in a 4–2 defeat.
Levadia U21 will continue their season on May 1, when they host Viimsi JK at Infonet Stadium. The match, taking place on Friday during the Spring Holiday, kicks off at 12:30.
