Enock Otoo Returns to the Field After Four-Month Injury Break

FC Levadia winger Otoo’s long injury break is finally over — after more than four months, he has logged his first minutes back on the pitch!

Otoo got injured on May 28 — it was a proximal tear of the right leg’s adductor longus with avulsion. The surgery took place on June 5, and he resumed training with the team in mid-September.

Otoo last played on May 28, when Levadia faced Pärnu JK Vaprus at home. That match ended in a draw, but Otoo had to leave the pitch in the 57th minute due to injury. The trauma turned out to be more serious than expected and required several months of recovery.

After four months away, Otoo was back in the match protocol today and logged his first minutes. Before the injury, he was a regular starter and one of Levadia’s key players throughout May.

In the 2025 season, Otoo has participated in 18 matches, scored 4 goals, and provided 3 assists. In today’s match against Tartu Tammeka, he played 18 minutes and was close to scoring.

Enock Otoo: “I feel very happy to be back finally after being out for such a long time. It was a very difficult period for me, because I love playing football and being away for so long was almost driving me crazy. But it’s part of the game — you just have to be patient and work. Glory to God, I had a faster recovery, and now I’m giving everything I have to help the team win all remaining matches and become champions.”

As a club, we are very happy to see Otoo back on the pitch and ready to help the team in the final phase of the season!
