FCI Levadia’s New Partner – Anderson’s Brewery!
We are delighted to announce that a new partner has joined the FCI Levadia family – Anderson’s Brewery. To celebrate this partnership, Anderson’s Brewery will present its first official home match on April 26.
The Story of Anderson’s Brewery
Anderson’s Brewery began with head brewer Sten’s homebrewing experiments. Together with his friend Tanno, they decided to try their hand as gypsy brewers, and in May 2014, Anderson’s Craft Beer was born.
As building a brewery is an expensive endeavor, they started brewing as gypsies – renting equipment from other breweries to brew their own beers. The first batches (Dr. Jones, Major Tom, Mrs. Robinson) were made at Genika Brewery, followed by Dr. Jones Senior at Tanker Brewery. Eventually, they found a long-term brewing home at Lehe Brewery, where they brewed over 30 batches.
In 2019, two new members, Mati and Anton, joined the team, and they began the process of establishing their own brewery. They acquired an old metal workshop and started renovating it. Equipment was sourced second-hand from a brewery that had ceased operations. Meanwhile, gypsy brewing continued at Lehe, Pühaste, and Käbliku breweries.
The brewery officially opened in June 2020.
In 2022, they acquired a canning line with 6 filling heads, which allows them to reduce costs, manage their own packaging schedule flexibly, and improve product quality.
