In the second round of the Premium League, we face Tartu JK Tammeka!

Tomorrow, March 8, our first team will travel to Tartu Sepa Football Center, where Tartu JK Tammeka will host us in the second round of the 2025 Premium League season.

This will be the first encounter of the season between FCI Levadia and Tartu JK Tammeka in the Premium League. Last season, all their matches ended in victories for Levadia – twice with a three-goal margin, once with a two-goal margin, and once with a one-goal margin.

The first Premium League match of 2024, also played at the Tartu Sepa Football Center artificial turf field, ended with a 3:0 victory for Levadia. The second match, played at A. Le Coq Arena, resulted in a 2:1 victory for Levadia. In the third match, Levadia secured a 3:1 win, and the final match of last season ended the same way as the first – with a 3:0 victory for FCI Levadia!

Tammeka and Levadia have already faced each other once in 2025 during the Taliturniir tournament. The match took place on January 18 at the Paide Football Hall and ended with a 3:1 victory for Levadia. The goalscorers were Richie Musaba (62′ and 72′) and Bubacarr Tambedou (80′).

LAST 20 MATCHES STATISTICS

Out of the last 20 encounters, Levadia has won sixteen, and four have ended in a draw. Tartu JK Tammeka has not won any matches. A total of 63 goals have been scored in these twenty matches – 48 by Levadia and 15 by Tammeka. On average, 3.15 goals have been scored per match.

This weekend, Tammeka will host Levadia in their first home match of the season. The match will kick off at 14:30 and will be played on the artificial turf field of the Tartu Sepa Football Center.

Marti Pähn: “In this weekend’s round against Levadia, our goals remain the same as in every match – to deliver a strong team performance and secure three points. We know the challenges ahead are serious, and we must play a very good game to meet them.”

Curro Torres: “Tartu has a challenging pitch, and we need to know how to give our best there. If we want to be consistent, we must be competitive. We are going to Tartu for three points.”
