FCI Levadia Advances to the Tipner Cup Semifinals!

Last Tuesday, March 4, FCI Levadia secured a spot in the Tipner Cup semifinals with a dominant seven-goal victory in the quarterfinals. The match was played against FC Zapoos.

On the evening of March 4, fans once again gathered at Sportland Arena to support their team in taking another step toward the Tipner Cup. The match was held against FC Zapoos, a team competing in the Second League, B-level. This was the first-ever meeting between the two teams in history!

Levadia fielded a starting lineup that differed from their usual squad. The starting eleven included Karl Andre Vallner, Henri Järvelaid, Ken Kallaste, Brent Lepistu, Frank Liivak, Aleksandr Zakarljuka, Moustapha Bah, Mark Oliver Roosnupp, Ernest Agyiri, Robert Kirss, and Ahmad Gero. Playing time was also given to Maksim Laskov, Romeo Aan, Nikita Muravljov, Artur Sakarias, and Mihhail Jumankin.

The reigning Estonian champions demonstrated their strength, and when the final whistle blew, the scoreboard showed a 7:0 victory for the home team. The goals were scored by Ahmad Gero (9′), Mark Oliver Roosnupp (35′), Robert Kirss (37′), and Frank Liivak (75′). Moustapha Bah netted a hat-trick (19′, 40′, and 47′). This time, the opposing team struggled against Levadia and failed to score a single goal.

Next, Levadia will face Tartu JK Tammeka on March 8 at Annelinna artificial turf field in the second round of the Premium League!
