Henri Järvelaid Prepares for His Second Season with FCI Levadia!
FCI Levadia is thrilled to announce that the contract with left-back Henri Järvelaid has been extended, and he will continue with Levadia next season.
The 25-year-old left-back Henri Järvelaid is preparing for his second season with FCI Levadia. Järvelaid has particularly proven himself during the final stretch of the season. Unfortunately, a serious knee injury kept him away from the team during preseason and the initial months of the Premium League, as he underwent treatment in Spain with specialists. However, he began his return to form with FCI Levadia U21 at the end of April.
Despite the challenges of this season, which concludes tomorrow, he is finishing on a strong note. Järvelaid earned his first minutes with FCI Levadia in the Premium League on June 16 against Tartu JK Tammeka and made his first start on July 19.
This season, Järvelaid has played in 13 Premium League matches, totaling 623 minutes. He has also contributed three goals and two impressive assists. We believe Järvelaid will further solidify his role in the team next season and take on an even more important role for us.
Henri Järvelaid: “I’m delighted to continue my career with the reigning Estonian champion. I feel confident and know that I can offer even more to the team and our fans next season. This season’s results will be the minimum goal for next season, and I’m confident that as the FCI Levadia family, we’re capable of even more.”
Club President Viktor Levada: “Another important player has been secured for the upcoming season! I’m pleased that we can continue working with Henri and keep this strong team united.”
We wish Henri a successful upcoming season and look forward to seeing what heights he can reach with us!
