Short Rules and Guidelines
Always be supportive of your child. Whenever possible, attend all your child’s games and tournaments, cheer for their team positively, and show enthusiasm for the game.
Be a role model for your child. Exercise with them and play various sports games together. Whenever possible, watch football matches and other competitions together.
Always trust your child’s coach, who has the necessary license and qualifications to work with children. Respect the coach’s decisions. If you have any questions, feel free to address them in a private conversation with the coach.
Bring your child to training and games on time. If you wish to observe the training, do so from the stands or a designated area. As your child grows older, your presence during training may become distracting. Never interfere with the training unless the coach asks for it.
During games, stay in the stands or, if there are none, on the opposite side of the field from the players’ benches. Never stand in the technical area or near the team bench. Also, avoid standing behind the goals to not distract the goalkeepers from their tasks.
Leave the coaching of the children during training and games solely to the coach. Refrain from giving instructions from the sidelines or evaluating their actions.
Remember that every child has different abilities. Allow your child to develop their physical and mental abilities in a balanced way. Do not focus solely on winning.
Encourage your child. Do not criticize or belittle them or their teammates. Avoid raising your voice at your child—such behavior can be very harmful to their emotions. Discuss the game only if your child wants to.
Try to understand that on the field, all players are equal! Every child should get playing time, not just the best players. Encourage your child to enjoy the game and give them time to develop and gain experience. Research in youth sports shows that children prefer to play in a team that loses but gives them playing time over a team that wins but keeps them on the bench.
Be a role model for your child; do not lose control over your emotions. Avoid blaming and criticizing referees for their mistakes. Mistakes are human!
Always adhere to the principles of fair play! Show respect to your child and their teammates. Recognize both your child and the entire team for their collective effort, whether they win or lose.
Pay attention to your child’s healthy and balanced diet, and ensure they get enough rest and sleep.
The first point of contact for a child and parent is the team coach. If your child or you have a disagreement with the coach or cannot reach an agreement on a certain issue, contact the FC Levadia Football School management.
If you notice any shortcomings in the activities of FC Levadia Football School or the club, or if there are areas for improvement, feel free to contact the management and make your suggestions.
Criticism should always be constructive and forward-looking!
Always pay the invoices issued by the football school on time. The tuition fee is paid 12 months a year. If necessary, apply for an exemption from the monthly fee by sending a simple written application to the FCLJK executive director.
Avoid making posts on social media that could damage the reputation of the club and the team.
